A project plan will be developed, which will include our findings from the site survey and needs analysis begun in the Prepare phase. Also included in the project plan, among other things, will be a risk register that will identify risks, the probability of those risks occurring and an action plan to mitigate those risks, a communication plan that will identify all stakeholders as well as how and when they will be communicated to, as well as a detailed project schedule which will include all project activities, milestone dates and the project's critical path.
