Implementation involves installing, testing and commissioning the new technology. Before the installation commences, we will review the risk register to ensure that any risks which have been previously identified have been mitigated and that any potential risks that arise during the installation have a clear mitigation plan. The implementation plan will also include the strategy for deployment, network maps and topology diagrams, installation and commissioning checklists, site survey results, material lists, installation guidelines, configuration worksheets, and a test and turn-up plan.
