Accunet Solutions Project Managers are PMP (Project Management Professional) certified and subscribe to both Project Management Institute's PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) and Cisco's PPDIOO (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize) methodologies.
Our Project Managers serve as a single point of contact and are accountable for all project activities throughout the project lifecycle. A key component to any project is the project plan. Our Project Managers create the project plan, which includes information gathered throughout the planning process and is used as a tool to manage the project.
Included in the project plan is the scope of work. We develop a scope of work by collecting requirements from each stakeholder, which will be used to verify and control project scope.
Also included in the project plan will be a project schedule that will be furnished to all members of the project team to communicate deliverables and will be used as a tool by the Project Manager to ensure that the project stays on the critical path.
A communication plan will be developed, which will be included in the project plan, that will detail the type of communication methods to be used, the frequency that they are to be used and who will be included in the communication. Communication types include, but are not limited to, status reports and project meetings.
A risk register will be developed with input from the project team. The risk register identifies risks, the probability of those risks occurring and an action plan to mitigate those risks, if they come to fruition. The risk register will be tracked throughout the course of the project to ensure that any potential risks are mitigated.
We will work with you to determine your quality standards and provide you with proof of performance documentation, which will be reviewed with you at project completion and provided along with the project closeout documentation.
All procurement activities, including any equipment and subcontractors procurements will be the responsibility of the Project Manager. The Project Manager will coordinate any equipment deliveries and subcontractor management required, based on the scope of the project.
Upon project completion, the Project Manager will verify that the scope has been met as laid out in the scope of work and will review all work performed with the client. Within 30 days of customer sign off, the customer will receive all project closeout documentation, including As-Builts, manuals, and warranty information.
Our goal as a Project Management Office is to provide you with an experience that will keep you coming back to Accunet Solutions for all of your storage, network and security needs. We take pride in establishing open communication channels and a positive relationship with our clients.
